So I had this crazy video idea of having a whole bluefin tuna in my house and doing the cutting and serving to my wife. I asked if I can buy a whole bluefin from @rivieraseafoodclub and if they can help me cut it and they were on board. So thanks to these guys we were able to make the video happen.
