I tell my HK local friend that I want to eat some Roast Goose and she responds "let me take you to my secret goose spot" and so we head to Kamcentre Roast Goose inside a bowling alley and it was incredibly delicious. Especially the Char Siu and the Chicken Liver that were so beautifully lacquered with a deep umami flavor.
