I was lucky to score a last minute reservation to one of Thailand's most famous restaurants Gaggan Anand Restaurant - known for their molecular gastronomy take on 🇮🇳 Indian Cuisine and right away, the chef explained that this is anti-fine-dining and a food opera! I think that accurately sums it up. I appreciate how much the chef weaves storytelling and theatrics into the experience on top of the meticulously created cuisine.
