No difference to the soup. Both crab roe soup base. 
Only difference is the contents other than the soup - one is sharks fin and one is vermicelli.

Taste the same. Both vermicelli and shark’s fin don’t have taste

I can't tell from the appearance, but i'd love to be tested on the basis of taste!  😜
