Master baker Dominique Ansel has a presence in Hong Kong called 當文歷餅店- Dang Wen Li ❤️ It's a great example of localization. Their beef sukiyaki brioche sandwich was excellent and of course they have the solid standards like their famous kouign amann and a delicious chocolate chip cookie!
