One of the best meals of my life at Kato Restaurant with so many unforgettable flavors and presented so exquisitely. The char siu wagyu sounded like overkill but was so beautifully executed - it was like meat jelly in the best way imaginable. The duck was perfection as well and even the simple mango shaved ice was the best I've ever tasted. Familiar yet new and all delicious, I wish I was still eating it right now

At Michelin-starred Kato in LA, chef Jon Yao creates dishes inspired by flavors from Los Angeles and Taiwan.
