The spiciest thing I can remember eating in Thailand is this kurobuta sausage pasta from a cheap chain restaurant Santa Fe' Steak specializing in grilled meats and pasta in the Japanese yoshoku style. 🫠 Even with my training I could only eat half before my tongue lost all feeling and noped out of it 💔
